Indicata launches new Market Tracker used car intelligence platform
Indicata UK has launched its Market Tracker used car intelligence platform that monitors pricing trends and supply and demand dynamics for individual vehicle brands and models.
It consolidates historic market trend data going back up to five years and real-time monthly data into a single dashboard, providing powerful used vehicle insights for OEMs, leasing and rental companies, and dealer groups.
It enables users to build a pattern of used vehicle brands and individual models based on data from all used cars sold in the UK over the past five years aged above three years and 38,000 miles.
An intuitive dashboard enables users to quickly interrogate the data by make, model, body type, fuel type, category, segment and transmission with all data updated monthly.
Individual segments will benefit from Market Tracker in different ways – OEMs can track competitive positioning, monitor market share movements, and analyse model performance across segments; while leasing and rental companies can monitor residual value pressures, assess portfolio risk and optimise fleet composition.

Dealer groups meanwhile can identify pricing opportunities, forecast demand patterns and improve stock turn efficiency.
